In anticipation of the PASCD 60^th Annual Conference, Our “Diamond Jubilee,” we invite you to join us in “Learning Is Forever” at the Hershey Lodge and Convention Center on November 22, 2010.  The conference is held from November 21 – 23, with the exhibitor time set for Monday, the 22^nd.   PASCD (PA Association for Supervision and Curriculum Development) is comprised of Superintendents, Assistant Superintendents, Curriculum Directors, Teachers, Supervisors, and Board Members.  The conference draws hundreds of participants from across the state.

We know that many educators attend this conference because of the opportunity to interact with you, the individuals and corporations who support education.  Certainly, manning a booth provides you with one-to-one interaction.  However, there are other ways to contribute to the conference while maintaining visibility with potential contacts.  Sponsoring an event and/or advertising in our conference program gains recognition for your company as a valued partner in this educational journey.

Our conference and exhibit area continues to be a HUGE success and an area of interest for conference attendees.

• Expanded Hours—8:00 to 3:00 including a Continental Breakfast in the Exhibit Hall.
• The A.M. and P.M. breaks for attendees are scheduled with refreshments in the Exhibit Hall.
• The P.M. Break will conclude with a drawing for a flat screen T.V. and the winner MUST be present to win.
• NEW:  Corporate sponsors will be given priority in applications for vendors presenting at  sessions.  (guidelines attached)
• The Conference schedule will continue to include a two-hour dedicated exhibitor time block on Monday the 22nd.
• The exhibit area will remain in the Great American Hall which can accommodate ALL our vendors and exhibitors.  Again, we will be serving lunch in that area and have other PASCD displays in the approaching hallway.

There are 3 ways your company can be represented at PASCD.  Please consider taking advantage of these multiple opportunities in order to gain more visibility with our participants.

• Participate as an EXHIBITOR in the Great American Hall.
• ADVERTISE in the Conference Program.
• Become a CORPORATE SPONSOR and take a leadership role in our conference while providing your company with additional recognition as a strong supporter of education in Pennsylvania.  Corporate sponsors will receive recognition in the conference program, as well as promotional signage at the sponsored event.

As an EXHIBITOR, you will:

• Receive your booth placement assignment based upon the date payment is received.
• Register at a designated Exhibitor Registration Table receiving PASCD Name Badges, two (2) lunch tickets per single booth, and coffee throughout the morning.
