Proposal Form

The Small Group Presentation Committee is pleased to present the call for proposals for the 74th Annual PA EDGE Conference being held on March 8-9, 2026 at the Best Western Premiere Central Hotel and Conference Center. This year's conference theme is "Illuminating Learning: Shining Brighter Together."

Small group presentations provide an opportunity for districts and individuals to share with others in the field how we are imagining the possibilities in K-12 education. Proposals must be submitted by October 31, 2025.

We are seeking 60 minute presentations designed to be concentrated around this year's theme, and deepens participants' learning around one of the following topics:

1. "North Star Practices": Focus on Teaching and Learning (ex: best practices, innovative teaching strategies, assessment, classroom instruction)
2. "Building Star Systems": Focus on Leadership (ex: building and sustaining effective teams, leadership strategies, collaboration)
3. "Navigating the Culture Compass:" Focus on Classroom, School, or District Culture and Climate (ex: character education, collective efficacy, community engagement, belonging)

IMPORTANT/PLEASE NOTE: Small group presentations will occur on Monday, March 9, 2026. Preference will be given to proposals submitted by current PA EDGE members. **Industry and corporate sponsors must partner with a district/school/educational entity, with the district submitting the proposal. Proposals are due October 31, 2025. Acceptance for proposals will be sent by December 5, 2025. All presenters and co-presenters must be registered and paid in full by January 31, 2026.
